At Kitchlu Coaching, we take a different approach to coaching, with a particular interest in supporting early and mid-career professionals through bespoke coaching programmes. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach – we adapt and focus the core programme to specific needs, based on what we’re told and what we observe.
Effective coaching provides a unique environment within which individuals (whether on a one-to-one basis or as part of team coaching) can give themselves permission to stop and find the time to think, explore, examine and refocus. A non-judgmental and confidential, yet stretching and challenging environment is the catalyst for positive change.
